Possibility to:
View StockTake lists (Archived or on-going)
Unlock Bins from StockTake lists
Create new Lists

Create new list by: (you can only have one open Stock Take list at a time)
Select Take in the top menu – select New – enter Name etc. for list
Add Bins to list by:
Select Take in the top menu – select Add interval
Select: Bins, add BinNo From: and BinNo To:
Area from list (hole area or selected bins),
Bin Type from list,
Side (Odd or Even if bins are setup with sides),
StockCode (bins that Stockcodes are placed in will be included in the selection
Bins not taken for xx- months,
Product groups from list

Select Add, selected added bins will be presented on left side of the interval
You can add as many intervals as you wish, 1 bin can only be included in 1 interval.

For each Interval (left side) you can:
Assign interval by right-click on Interval, select Assign: select user from list

Delete interval by right-click on Interval, select Delete

Re-assign by: Right-click on Interval, select Assign
Register by: Right-click on Interval, select Register

For each Bin (right side) you can:
Assign bin by right-click on BinNo, select Assign: select user from list.

Delete bin by right-click on BinNo, select Delete, bin cannot be removed if confirmed, send bin for recalculate and then delete.

Re-assign by: Right-click on BinNo, select Assign
View balance by: Right-click on BinNo, select Show stock balance (stock take differences that is performed will not be included in this balance).
Recalculate by: Right-click on BinNo, select Recalculate (the original balance will be sent out, no changes will be presented).
Register by: Right-click on Interval, select Register
Select Export to export list to excel.
Archive list: When stock take of the hole list is done, Select Take in the top menu – select Archive and the list will be moved to History.
Always Register list before Archive. If you Archive without Register first, you will get a warning. Select "No" and go back and Register before Archive. Select "Yes", the Stock Take made, will be lost!
