Show/ Picking assignment
When orders have been assigned, the changes on order in ERP will have no effect on the proposal. If changes or cancellations are necessary, remove the assignment – make changes or delete the order in ERP – assign proposal again.
Select Delivery group from list (ManualAssignment must be activated in delivery group)
Proposal of the selected delivery group will be presented av available for assignment.
Possibility to:
Search by customer number or name
Search by stockitem number or name
Mark proposal from list, with second mouse botton you will get possibility to:
View by stockcode or orderline
Show rest orderlines
Assign a proposal
Assign to Anyone or namned User from list, Proposal will be visible in mobile client.
Add Shipment notes if needed, only activated when order has been assigned.
 Select Penn by Shipment notes and enter notes, Select Save.
Shipment notes will be visible in mobile client in Proposal info view.
Add Picking instructions if needed, only activated when order has been
Select Penn by Picking instructions and enter instructions, Select Save.
Instructions will be visible in mobile client in Confirm Proposal view.
Pick order separately
Use second mouse botton on Order No to select Pick order separately
Show order
Use second mouse botton on Order No to select Show order you will then go to Sales Orders module in Shipment view.

Create Batch-pick proposals

Mark the proposal and use second mouse botton and select Create package.
Add more proposals to package by using the second mouse button and mark proposals (one-by-one) from the list and then select "Group" in Proposals.
Select OK or Cancel below in New Package box.
Mark the proposal/ proposals from list and use second mouse botton and select Consolidate.
Only hole proposals can be selected.
Use second mouse botton to Assign to Anyone or namned user.

Limitation:

It is not possible to use other types of batch picking for delivery groups marked for Picking assignment. This is because the logic for allocating proposals when starting for example a trolley batch pick is to allocate the oldest possible proposals in the delivery group that fits on the trolley. And we do not have any limitations for allocation logic to only looked at the orders assigned to your user when doing this in a Picking assignment delivery group.
