In this video we guide you through the process of adding a new user in Bitlog Web portal. A user can have different roles and set permissions. 




Reset password

In user configuration you also have the possibility to reset password. Either by sending out an e-mail to the user or changing it directly in the web interface. If your user is not connected to an e-mail you will have to contact a user admin that can reset the password in the web portal. 


Password requirements

The password needs to contain minimum 8 characters, with 1 capital letter, 1 number and 1 symbol.


Delete user

If a user is not active anymore you can delete the user by pressing on the trashcan in the upper right corner.


Lock user

If a user is temporarily not active you can chose to lock the user. This will lock the account through all clients in Bitlog. The user may also be locked due to entering incorrect password too many times. Unlocking the user will allow the user to login again.


Disable login

Pressing this button will block the user to use Web and Mobile.
