Type
Specify type and add description.
Max weight
Maximum weight of order/proposal that can be picked with this load carrier.
Max volume
Maximum volume of order/proposal that can be picked with this load carrier.
Max orders
Maximum amount of orders that can be picked with this load carrier.
Cells
If a load carrier is divided with cells, specify how many cells for this type.
Size
Is used when Bitlog Wms should calculate if inbound can be performed to bin.
Freight
Is used when Bitlog Wms should create a default delivery package. Is needed if load carrier is configured with "Single picking".
Cross-docking
If disabled, cross-docking logic will not be executed.
If enabled, cross-docking logic will be executed and if it should.
Batch picking
If disabled, load carrier isn't allowed to use when doing batch picking.
If enabled, load carrier is allowed to use when doing batch picking.
Single picking
If disabled, load carrier isn't allowed to use when doing single item batch picking.
If enabled, load carrier is allowed to use when doing single item batch picking.
Parcel picking
If disabled, load carrier isn't allowed to use when doing Parcel batch picking.
If enabled, load carrier is allowed to use when doing Parcel batch picking.
Seal
If disable, load carrier is allowed to start inbound without any action.
If enabled, load carrier have possibility to seal or unseal.
Receive to
If Receive to is enabled, you will need to set one of the following for your type.
Load carrier bin
This will receive all items to that load carrier bin no or the bin that is scanned via mobile. (A load carrier can have a fixed bin no.)
Picking place
Items will be receive one by one to picking places.
Automatic
This will receive all items in current load carrier to their own picking place(s) automatic without scanning bin no.
Receive to restrictions
- User shouldn’t be able to receive item stored as pallet to the Buffer/Deep buffer, only to Picking Place, error message “Unable to receive item stored as Pallet to Buffer”
- User shouldn’t be able to receive items to the Buffer/Deep buffer during “Receive to Picking Place”
