Why is this order not released or why does this row have this status?
- Is there enough balance for the articles on the order?
- Is the requested order date "now"?
- How does the delivery planning look?
- How does the order look in ERP?
- Go to Sales Order - add order number.
- Mark order line - right click and choose "Trace order"
- Create a new request and wait for the WMS service to run to get the information.
- After service, do the steps once again to get the result of the order trace.
This is not possible if the order is included in an ongoing pick.
